Location: Incahuasi and Aquio Fields in Bolivia.
Overall Project Management for client including assignment of professional staff to supervise the activities of $ 500 MM turn-key EPC contract of INCAHUASI project for processing 690 MMSCFD of natural gas and associated gas pipeline.
The project was developed in 3 phases including 9 wells, one Central Production Facility (CPF) with 3 processing trains of 230 MMSCFD of natural gas each, 3 flares, gas gathering system and pipelines.
EPC of the Liquid-Gas Separation Plant, Río Grande, Bolivia.
Client: Astra-Evangelista S.A. (AESA) and end client YPFB
Location: Rio Grande, Bolivia.
Liquids Extraction Plant, with a Capacity of 200 MMSCFD of gas to extract 361 tons of LPG and 596 barrels of gasoline per day.
The scope of work includes the liquids extraction from gas processing plant, storage and disposal of products facilities, ancillary services, buildings, and interconnections.
Conceptual and basic Engineering of Tuxpan Terminal and Tank Farm Project.

Client: PDVSA PARAGUANA REFINING CENTRE (CRP)
Location: Falcon State, Venezuela.

Sulphur Recovery Unit (SRU), La Teja Refinery.

Location: La Teja, Uruguay
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of 120 TPD Sulphur block engineering, as part of activities of production and improvement of extra heavy oil.
Engineering, procurement and construction of offshore facilities (modular design) in Orinoco Delta, Venezuela.
The staff have been involved in the full execution of the Development of a fully operational offshore production facilities including installation of drilling platforms and a floating flow station with a design production capacity of 50,000 BDP of 21° API oil and 160 MMSCFD of gas.
Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of
the Offshore and Onshore production facilities.
Complete execution with experienced Pentech personnel for the development of oil and gas production facilities with the capacity to handle 50,000 barrels per day of sour crude between 22° and 26° API, which after treatment reach less than 1% water and 10 ppm sulfur.
EPC of a Grassroots plant plant to upgrade 8.3 API extra heavy crude, to be processed into synthetic crude of 16° API with a production capacity of 108,000 BPD using delayed coking technology, diluents recovery , desalting, hydrotreating of cracked naphtha and sulfur recovery.

Detail Engineering for four (4) Ethanol plants, Venezuela
Engineering performed for Construtora Norberto Odebrecht and its final client PDVSA Agrícola.
The engineering works comprise the areas of distillation and Torula process units, equipment for the water sources systems, storage and treatment systems of the distillery and Torula wastewater, pipe racks and interconnecting systems.
The detail engineering includes: process, civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation activities required for the construction, erection and installation of four (4) ethanol plants.

Locations: The states of Portuguesa, Cojedes, Barinas and Tachira, Venezuela.

EPC for a grass root plant with capacity to produce 250,000 tons per year of newsprint paper from pine trees and sawmill chip using

WATER
Client: IDAAN (Instituto de
Acueductos y Alcantarillados Nacionales)
Location: City of David, Panama
EPC, O&M in partnership with SUEZ DEGREMONT (France). The scope of work includes the design and construction of 470 km of sanitary sewerage system, pumping stations, waste water treatment plant with cap. of 12.5 MMGPD and the Operation and Maintenance for five (5) years of the Facilities for the city of David and surrounding areas of Chiriquí Province..
